The Build Timeline
From first call to keys in hand, here's the typical journey for a custom build.
Discovery Call
We discuss your vision, needs, budget range, and property details. This helps us understand if we're a good fit.
Concept & Budget
Based on our discussion, we provide preliminary layouts and a budget range. You'll see what's possible within your parameters.
Design Agreement
If we're aligned, we move to detailed design. This includes specific layouts, materials, and fixtures selection.
Engineering (if needed)
For complex builds or specific site requirements, engineering plans ensure everything is to code. Standard builds typically skip this step.
Contract & Deposit
Final pricing is locked in. A deposit secures your build slot and kicks off material procurement.
Build Milestones
Construction begins. You'll receive regular photo/video updates at key milestones. Changes are handled through documented change orders.
Delivery & Set
Your home is delivered and placed on your prepared site. Crane/forklift needs are coordinated in advance.
Punch List & Closeout
Final walkthrough, any touch-ups completed, and keys handed over. Welcome home.

To provide accurate pricing and timeline, we need some key information upfront.
Property Address
Physical address with legal access. We'll need to assess delivery route clearances.
Desired Layout
Bed/bath count, open concept vs. divided spaces, any specific needs (home office, ADA accessibility, etc.).
Budget Range
An honest range helps us design within reality. We won't over-engineer or under-deliver.
Utility Plan
You don't need it all figured out yet—just be thinking about city utilities vs. well/septic, and gas vs. electric so we know what utility setups to provision for.
